Photography Services Agreement
This Photography Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you, hereinafter referred to as "Client," and Pamlico Views, hereinafter referred to as "Photographer," on this day.

1. Services: Photographer agrees to provide photography services to Client as outlined in the agreed upon package or services.

2. Liability: Client acknowledges that Pamlico Views is not liable for any person, thing, or potential injury that could occur during the scheduled shoot. Client agrees to exercise caution and responsibility during the shoot and understands that any accidents or injuries that occur are not the responsibility of Pamlico Views.
3. Location: Pamlico Views reserves the full rights to change the location of the shoot at any point, based on factors such as weather conditions, accessibility, or creative vision. Client agrees to be flexible with regards to location changes.

4. Number of Photos: Pamlico Views is not responsible for providing more than 15 photos per shoot, but will provide as many photos as deemed suitable based on the quality of the images captured and the type of shoot. Client understands and accepts this provision.

5. Weather Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather, Pamlico Views reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the shoot for the safety and well-being of all parties involved. Client acknowledges that weather cancellations are permitted only by Pamlico Views, and agrees to cooperate with rescheduling efforts. In case of cancellation by Pamlico Views, Client understands that the full deposit fee, which varies per shoot type, shall be retained by Pamlico Views.

6. Printing and Usage Rights: Pamlico Views grants printing rights to Client for personal use only. However, Pamlico Views reserves the right to share, post, and use the photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, website, social media, and marketing materials. Client agrees to allow Pamlico Views to use the photos for promotional purposes.

7. Payment: Client agrees to make the final payment for the photography services at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which shall be retained by Pamlico Views with no refund or credit towards another shoot.

8. Other Provisions: Additional provisions, such as copyright ownership, usage rights, and payment terms, may be outlined in a separate agreement or contract between Client and Photographer.

9. Signature: By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Client and Pamlico Views and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral. Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
