Pamlico Views Photography Session Purchase Policy

Booking and Deposit:

1. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your photography session with Pamlico Views.

2. The booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations must be made no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled booking date.

2. If a cancellation is made within the two-week period, the deposit will not be refunded.

Processing Fees:

1. Processing fees associated with the booking will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. The client acknowledges that the deposit is separate from any processing fees and is non-refundable.

Weather Delays:

1. Photography sessions may be subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, Pamlico Views reserves the right to reschedule the session.

2. Clients agree to cooperate with rescheduling efforts and understand that a full refund may be provided at the full discretion of Pamlico Views if rescheduling is not feasible.

Location Discretion:

1. Pamlico Views reserves the right to exercise final discretion regarding the location of the photography session.

2. In most cases, efforts will be made to accommodate groups and large families at designated beach rentals.

3. However, due to factors such as weather, lighting conditions, or crowded environments, Pamlico Views reserves all rights to move a shoot to an alternate location or to reschedule the session.

4. Clients understand and agree that decisions regarding the location of the session are made in the best interest of capturing high-quality photographs.

Refund Discretion:

1. Refunds for cancellations, weather-related rescheduling, or location changes are at the sole discretion of Pamlico Views.

2. Clients acknowledge that decisions regarding refunds are made based on various factors, including but not limited to scheduling constraints, weather conditions, and location considerations.

Client Agreement: By booking a photography session with Pamlico Views, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Pamlico Views reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and clients will be notified of any changes.
